Genta REV M Revertase

Genta RevM is a recombinant reverse transcriptase with increased thermostability compared to ‘wild type’ enzyme, therefore, it has optimal working temperature range 45-55 °C, and it maintains its activity up to 60 °C. It is a perfect choice for “one step” RT-PCR, as well as for synthesis of full-length cDNAs (up to 10 kb) for work with GC-rich long mRNA templates.

    Transportation conditions: in a thermal container with ice packs, at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C for no more than 7 days.

    Shelf life under the conditions of storage and transportation: 24 months from the date of production.
