siRNA/ASO design and screening
Small interfering RNA (siRNA) is the best approach to effective gene knock down for studying its function in vitro and in vivo (ссылка на 1.1.4.2). GenTerra provides custom design using our in-house developed software and synthesis of ASO/siRNA oligonucleotides at small, mid/large scales. We can also perform the analysis ASO/siRNA activity in vitro (inhibition efficacy and IC50 determination) and do first in vivo experiments in mice.
