Method: Mass spectrometry with ESI/HESI ionization, negative ion registration mode
2. Sequence identification.
Method: mass spectrometry with HESI ionization, negative ion registration mode, fragmentation in the source/collision cell.
Chromatography of oligonucleotides:
1. Method: ion-pair reverse-phase chromatography with UV and mass spectrometric detection.
2. Method: anion exchange HPLC, detection by absorption in the UV and visible region.
Other analyses:
1. Determination of endotoxins.
Method: kinetic chromogenic LAL test
2. Analysis of oligonucleotides by other methods, development of analytical techniques.
