5x Genta-probe qPCR Master Mix
Forward and reverse primers are premixed with a dual labeled fluorescent probe for quantification of gene expression in different species. Our predesigned assays are constructed based on multiple criteria, such as probe/primers secondary structure, selectivity, specificity and number of target gene transcripts. All the assays are pre-validated and pass QC.
Custom assays may be created for any sequence from any species using the Design tool.
Select the Reporter Probe from a wide range of license-free fluorescent dyes and quenchers, including FAM, HEX, ROX, Cy5, Cy5.5 dyes (link to dyes).
Guarantee: Predesigned assays demonstrate qPCR efficiencies >90% and R2>0.98. If you fail to reach these values, the assay will be replaced with an alternative at no additional charge. First, please submit supporting data from your study to .
