Genta Bst DNA Polymerase
Genta Bst DNA Polymerase is a thermostable recombinant fragment of polymerase. Genta Bst Polymerase has 5’→3’ DNA polymerase activity with strong 5’→3’ strand displacement activity and no detectable exonuclease activities. Apart from polymerase properties, it exhibits helicase-like ability at elevated temperatures (~60°C), making it very effective in LAMP (Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification) and possible to work with primers that form secondary structure without denaturation step at each amplification cycle.

Storage buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.3 at 25°C); 100 mM KCl; 0.1 mM EDTA; 50% glycerin; stabilizers.
Reaction buffer (standard 1x LAMP buffer): 70 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.8 at 25°C); 20 mM (NH4)2SO4; 5 mM MgSO4; 0.01% tween-20; 0.1 mg/ml BSA; 8% glycerin.
Storage temperature: - 20°C.
Transportation conditions: in a thermal container with ice packs, at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C for no more than 7 days.
Shelf life under the conditions of storage and transportation: 24 months from the date of production.
