Genta Taq DNA polymerase
Genta Taq DNA polymerase — polymerase is a recombinant analogue of DNA polymerase from the thermophilic bacterium Thermus aquaticus. The enzyme has 5'-3' polymerase activity and 5'-3' exonuclease activity, while not having corrective 3'-5' exonuclease activity. Genta Taq DNA polymerase is designed for use in most routine PCR studies, in including real-time PCR.
Genta Taq DNA polymerase includes dUTP during amplification; therefore, uracil-containing primers or templates can be used in the PCR reaction. The length of the amplified fragments is up to 5 kb.
