Genta Taq-AB DNA polymerase
Genta TaqAb DNA Polymerase is a complex of Taq DNA polymerase and highly specific antibodies, which act as a thermolabile inhibitor of polymerase activity at ambient temperature. The antibody binds reversibly to the polymerase at room temperature allowing setting up reactions at the bench, while upon heating activation occurs in just 15 sec. No extra activation step is needed, all is done within the PCR run. We highly recommend Genta TaqAb DNA Polymerase for multiple demanding applications due to amplification with high specificity. It has 5’→3’ DNA Polymerase activity with a 5’→3’ exonuclease activity and no detectable 3’→5’ exonuclease activity.
