ExoGen
ExoGen is a ready-to-use mixture of Genta-ExoI exonuclease I and heat-labile alkaline phosphatase Genta-ALP enzymes in reaction buffer. The ExoGen mixture is used for the enzymatic hydrolysis of excess primers and nucleotides in PCR products (amplicons).
Thus purified PCR products are suitable for further use in various biological applications such as cloning and DNA sequencing.
